Roots to Wings is a culturally grounded youth development program designed to help Indigenous youth reconnect with their identity, culture, and wellness. Flexible in delivery as a one-day workshop, two-day experience, or week-long program, it combines traditional teachings, interactive activities, and practical life skills to explore topics such as colonization, intergenerational trauma, self-esteem, mental health, substance misuse, mentorship, and the 7 Sacred Teachings. Through a blend of cultural knowledge and personal growth, Roots to Wings empowers youth to build resilience, embrace their strengths, and become positive leaders within their families and communities.

Positive Ripple Effects in Children is a culturally grounded program that supports children and families in building emotional wellness, healthy relationships, and strong connections to Indigenous identity, culture, and community. Through traditional teachings, hands-on activities, storytelling, and family engagement, participants explore emotional regulation, belonging, resilience, cultural pride, and positive family relationships. By strengthening the emotional, physical, spiritual, and intellectual well-being of children, the program creates positive ripple effects that extend through families and into the wider community.

sâkihsowin is a culturally grounded, trauma-informed program that supports Indigenous adults and youth in understanding codependency, strengthening self-awareness, and building healthy relationships. Through teachings on boundaries, trauma, attachment, self-worth, and relationship dynamics, participants explore patterns shaped by lived experiences while developing the skills to create healthier connections rooted in trust, respect, safety, and personal responsibility. By blending cultural teachings with practical tools for healing and growth, the program empowers participants to break harmful cycles and foster positive relationships with themselves and others.
